The Experience Suite · Founding Round
I've spent years helping other people build their dreams.
Now, I'm finally building mine, and I want you there with me.

The gap I kept seeing
Tools being built from the lens of what someone thinks would be cool, not what the people using them are actually struggling with.
Things are always being built but somehow there are always bits that are missing from being something actually useful or a solution to anyone's problems. So instead of just complaining I started creating.
This is for you if...
You meet someone incredible at an event — and three weeks later you can't remember if you promised to send them something, or what their kid's name was.
You send a client a form and get back five-word answers that tell you nothing about the person you're about to work with.
You're running your whole client experience from memory. Doing it brilliantly — but with no map, so renewals sneak up on you and the natural upsell moments slip by.
None of that means you're disorganized. It means the tools you were handed were built for data, not for people. I built these the other way around.
Meet your new favorite suite of apps
Three apps, one job: help you treat every client relationship like it matters ... because it does, and because it's where your business actually grows.
They follow the real arc of a relationship. You remember people, you listen to them, and you guide them. Most tools only do one (or none) well.
For remembering.
You met someone who could've changed everything — and you let them slip.
The follow-up you meant to send. The detail they told you that would've made your next message land. The person who was right there and is now just a name you half-recognize.
A spreadsheet won't save you — you'll never open it. A CRM treats people like deals. MyKindra is built for the way you actually remember humans: the conversation, the context, the little things that make someone feel known.
Because nobody forgets the person who remembers them.
For listening.
Your intake form is the first thing clients meet — and right now it's making them shut down.
You ask a real question and get back five flat words. Not because they don't care — because a cramped little text box told them not to bother. So you walk into the work half-blind, guessing at what they actually need.
Heard & Noted lets people talk. They type or they speak, in their own voice, and you get answers with the texture, emotion, and detail you can't pull out of a checkbox. Beautiful, branded, and built to make people feel worth listening to — so they tell you the truth.
The richest insight about your client was always there. You just needed to ask in a way they'd answer.
For mapping.
Your client experience is the best thing about your business — and it's trapped in your head.
You know exactly how you take care of people. But it lives in your memory, which means it can't scale, can't be handed off, and quietly drops the ball: the renewal you forgot to tee up, the perfect upsell moment that came and went, the client who slipped through a gap you didn't know was there.
Journey Studio gets every stage out of your head and onto the page — the real journey your clients live through, not a generic funnel. You see exactly where to nurture, when to offer more, and where people fall off before they do.
Your experience is already craft. This is what makes it a system that pays you back.
Get a real seat at the table while these apps grow
I've been bootstrapping this alone for months. Building, testing, crying, refining. What I want now isn't a customer list — it's a founding crew. People who actually use these apps, tell me the truth about what's working, and get real results in their own businesses while we build this thing together.
This is the ground floor, and the door only opens once. As a founding user you get the lowest pricing these apps will ever have, the deepest community access I'll ever offer, and a real voice in where this goes next — because the people in the room early are the ones who shape what gets built.
These apps are sold separately everywhere else. Here, you get the whole suite — as a thank you for betting on this before it was obvious.

About the founder, Natalie Madrigal
I've been the person in the room making other people's tools better. Now I'm the one building them.
From community building in real life to big tech, I've worked inside companies worth billions and also created the culture of how billions of people connect.
For the last three years I've run my own consulting practice, and before that I spent time working inside nonprofits, startups, and companies like Google and Meta.
I've been lucky enough to be on both sides, and really see how the tools are made and what happens when the needs of users are met.
I know what these tools can do, for good and for harm. It comes down to the founder, and who the founder surrounds themselves with.
The honest part
I'm doing it anyway.
I've held myself back from doing things like this for a long time. I've waited for permission.
But honestly this is the most lit up I've been about something in a long time, and I feel like every part of the last 30 years of my life was getting me to this point.
Growing up in The Bronx, NYC.
Falling in love with my Latina roots.
Taking years and years of dance classes.
Graduating from Boston University.
All the books I've read.
My entire professional career.
Friends I've made.
Family memories I've made.
Being a woman in white, male-dominated spaces.
All of that has led me to this...
Being the person who creates the thing, and I'd really love your support on this next phase.

FAQs
Are these apps launched already?
Version 1 of MyKindra and The Journey Studio are ready to go! Heard & Noted will be ready by mid-June. There will continue to be updates on all apps that founding users will automatically receive access to. (and provide direct info on what those updates are.)
Are there other ways to invest?
If you're interested in becoming an Angel investor, I'd love to have you. Please reach out to Natalie directly. Investors at this stage will be reviewed on an individual basis.
What is the time commitment?
There's no concrete time commitment for founding user, but I do ask that you use the app and share feedback on all parts of your experience. You'll recieve access to a private portion of Substack to see the details on the journey as well as access to a Slack to connect with myself and other users (totally optional of course).
